Take That and Robbie Williams albums Launch Date Conflicts
Take That singer Gary Barlow has compared his band’s chart battle with their former band member Robbie Williams to the feud between Oasis and Blur.
The forty three year old singer has said it after the news that Take That's 1st album since the departure of Jason Orange and Robbie Williams, III, would go up against their band members surprise new record Under the Radar.
Showing the infamous Britpop fight between Liam and Noel Gallagher's Oasis and Damon Albarn's Blur, Gary Barlow told that it was like Blur against Oasis again. Still, the former judge of X Factor said that Robbie Williams, who first left the band in the year 1995 before rejoining just 4 years ago and leaving again in the year 2012, had said him as well as his remaining band members Howard Donald and Mark Owen about his brand new album, but he did not that it would be unveiled on the same day as theirs.
While speaking to a leading UK based tabloid, Gary told that he just found out regarding this on Sunday. He told that it is funny, because they have obviously spent a whole lot of time in studio with Robbie. He added that around 2 years ago he told that he had got all these songs and he does not know what to do with them; therefore he would put them on an album one day.
